Product Care & Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to personal and hygienic nature of our products, all shower steamers are final sale. Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Shipping Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
